Ann Trevillion, RMT

Ann was born and raised in beautiful Vancouver, BC. A graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Ann first become passionate about massage as a patient, seeking massage to alleviate the many injuries she accumulated as an avid outdoor enthusiast. Through this, Ann was able to discover what an important role massage therapy plays in both prevention, maintenance and injury prevention.

Patient-centred care is at the crux of Ann’s approach to each treatment. Her thoughtful and empathetic manner puts patients at ease, and she strives to collaborate with each patient to craft a treatment and home-care plan that best works towards their goals.

Ann draws from a range of massage techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Neuromuscular techniques to treat a range of soft tissue and systemic disorders:
