I have always been an outdoor person, played many different sports, and unfortunately have had my fair share of injuries. These experiences allowed me to understand just how difficult life can be when you are recovering from an injury and how patients play an active role in their recovery. This knowledge inspired me to help others return to their optimum functional selves. Once I experienced massage therapy and understood its many benefits, I knew that it was the career for me.

I believe in patient centered care and pride myself in being a compassionate and empathic therapist. Using the knowledge I have gained in my schooling, as well as the experiences of working with a diverse population of patients, I look forward to bringing a calm and relaxing atmosphere to every treatment with a focus on active rehabilitation and patient empowerment
