Meaghan grew up in Revelstoke B.C. And graduated from the registered massage therapy program at CDI college in 2021.

Her approach to treatment is rhythmic contact that encourages deep relaxation with close attention to areas of tension and restricted movement.

Apart from Swedish relaxation techniques she also frequently employs joint mobilization and neuromuscular techniques like trigger point release.

Meaghan believes strongly in patient therapist communication and thorough assessment. She always endeavours to tailor each treatment to her patient’s individual needs.

When she isn’t in the clinic, Meaghan enjoys collecting and listening to records, embroidery, appreciating art, architecture and meals with her family.
