This smoothie is pure sunshine in a cup! I had at least 3 full glasses and I am all ready headed to the store for more mangoes to make it again!

You’ll Need…

  • MANGOES
  • FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
  • FROZEN GREEN APPLES
  • TUMERIC
  • HONEY/AGAVE NECTAR
  • GOLDEN FLAX SEEDS
  • H20

Tumeric is a natural anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, anti-biotic and skin tonic! It heals wounds, reduces scars, brightens skin, cures acne, controls bowel function, delays aging, and decreases joint pain.

It also ids metabolism and weight management, heals stomach ulcers, helps fight colds, improves digestion, prevents gas and bloating, lowers cholesterol and strengthens ligaments.

This bright yellow aromatic powder is from the roots of a plant of the ginger family. It has distinctly earthy, slightly bitter, hot peppery flavor and a mustardy smell.  It’s aboslutely divine. You can put it in smoothies, breads, your oats, your skin scrubs, curries, and as a paste for skin wounds, bites, inflammation.

I loved this smoothie for its smooth texture and perfect blend of sweet with earthy. I had energy all day, slept like a rock that night and had glowing skin the days that followed.
